As with all wooden chopping boards, this board cannot be exposed to extremes in temperature or immersed in water for prolonged periods of time, so it is not to be placed in a dishwasher. Equally, to get the best use out of the board and to help to maintain its shiny grained appearance, it should be wiped down with mineral oil every month to maintain the woods moisture and help to prevent cracking.
